Refund Policy

All sales are final

Due to the digital and instant nature of our product, all sales are final. Once your analysis report has been generated and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund on that basis alone.

Technical failures

If your analysis fails to generate due to a technical error on our end — for example, a server outage or API failure after your payment was processed — please contact us within 24 hours at support@fixmyvisa.app and we will issue a full refund.

Quality concerns

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of your analysis, contact us at support@fixmyvisa.app and we will review your case. We assess each request individually and aim to resolve it fairly.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.
